Order Policy

Shipping

All of our prints are first quality.  The larger matted prints are shipped in custom boxes; the small prints are shipped in bubble bag mailers.  The foam core backing with each matted print provides excellent support during shipping and is excellent for framing, since it is acid free and will not discolor your print.  The 24 x 36” lithograph is placed in a custom plastic sleeve and shipped in a sturdy, kraft or custom gold-colored tube.

We ship using UPS, FedEx or US Mail.  Please note that UPS and FedEx do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.  Shipping costs are calculated in your shopping cart based on shipping address. Sales tax is only charged to orders shipped within Florida.

Order Processing Time

Order processing time refers to the time required to fill your order and process your payment.  With standard shipping, within the Continental U.S., you can expect to receive your order 7 to 14 days after you place your order.  Orders shipped outside the Continental U.S. may take up to 4 weeks to receive.  We would be happy to expedite your order if you need it rushed.  Simply call us toll-free at 1-800-321-1442 to make those arrangements.  Items which are out of stock may take up to two weeks extra.

Orders are generally processed within 48 hours.  Please remember that creating your Prophetic Prints involves hand braiding and embellishment, and we custom cut mats and foam core.

Payment

We accept several forms of payment through PayPal and Google Checkout, including: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and e-checks.  You may also send a personal check, money order or cashier’s check.  All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and shipping costs are additional unless the item is listed with free shipping (which only applies to the Continental U.S.).  A 7% sales tax is required for orders shipped to Florida addresses.

If you are having trouble choosing the right print or mat color for a special person, you might consider purchasing a gift coupon.

Ordering By Mail

We will be glad to reserve your order if you are sending a check, cashiers check, or money order by mail.  International payments must be in U.S. funds.

Be sure to include your name, address, and daytime telephone number when sending payment by mail, as well as details on the item(s) you are ordering.  Please remember to include the appropriate charges so your order is not delayed.

Backorder Policy

If an item on your order is out of stock, we will promptly notify you by phone or e-mail.  You may choose to wait for the back-ordered item to restock, replace the back-ordered item with one that is in-stock and of equal value, or cancel that part of the order.  If you choose to wait for the back-ordered item, we will immediately ship all in-stock portions of your order, and you will not incur an extra shipping charge for items shipped separately.

Returns

Since 1991, Prophetic Prints has always been committed to creating quality products.  Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed!  If, for any reason other than damage (which is explained below), you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt and receive a replacement or a full refund, excluding shipping charges.  We do require that the merchandise is in its original and undamaged condition when we receive your return, or we must refuse it.  The purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges.

If your order is received with obvious damage please do not open the package. You may refuse the package and have the carrier return it to sender.  Please call 1-800-321-1442 to let us know, so we can arrange a replacement shipment.  You will have the option of having the order replaced free of charge, of course, or having your account credited or receiving a full refund, including the original shipping charges.

If the packaging looks OK but the order is received damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt so we can arrange a pick-up.  We also offer a convenient Photo Return option that speeds replacement.  Simply take a digital photo of the item demonstrating the damage, and one of the shipping container in which it arrived.  Attach these pictures to an email and send it to returns (at) propheticprints.com.  Please include in the body of your email the order number, the item number, the shipping ID ( i.e. UPS or FedEx tracking code) and a brief description of the reason for the return.  Let us know if you would like a replacement or a full refund.  Your request will be processed within 72 hours and you will receive an email to this effect.  The damaged print must be shipped back to us.

When you ship prints back to us please pack them in the original tube or box and use a trackable delivery method (delivery confirmation; UPS tracking code).  We cannot be responsible for returned items that are not insured or untrackable.  Please include the completed return instruction form on the packing list with your order and specify the reason for the return.

Order Cancellation

We want you to be happy with your selections. You are therefore free to cancel an order that has not yet shipped.  If the order has been shipped, and you choose to return the print, your credit card will be credited minus the cost of shipping.  You are responsible for return shipping fees. Remember to return the order using a trackable number in the original packaging.

Customers must notify Prophetic Prints Customer Service within 7 days of receipt of any damaged or defective product, or any other discrepancy.  All returns must be approved by Prophetic Prints.  Return Authorization numbers will be issued by Customer Service and must appear on the outside of each box.  Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.  Shipping claims must be reported to carriers within 7 days from receipt of shipment.  IMPORTANT:  Do not destroy shipping cartons until advised by Prophetic Prints as to how to proceed. All returns will be inspected upon receipt at our warehouse and full credit, partial credit or replacement will be issued based upon condition of returned goods.  A restocking fee of 15% will be assessed for unjustified or unauthorized returns.

Undeliverable and Refused Packages

If your order is returned to us by FedEx, UPS or USPS because the delivery was rejected, refused, the package was unclaimed or the shipping address you provided at the time of your order was incorrect, the return shipping fees charged to us by the shipper, in addition to the original shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee, will be deducted from any refund amount.  If you decide you want us to re-ship your previously undeliverable order, we will only do so after charging your credit card for a second set of shipping fees to cover the costs of the repeat outbound shipment.
